  2. Mushroom 3 pcs
  3. Onion ½
  4. Soy milk 200m
  5. Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  6. Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut broccoli and mushrooms.
  2. Heat olive oil in pot and fry onion.
  3. Add broccoli and mushroom. Fry for 1 minute, add soy milk and bring to boil.
  4. Season with chicken stock, salt or pepper and serve. Serves 1

  1. Tip – Broccoli is rich in anti-oxidants, isothiocynates and glucosinolates. Has great detoxifying and cancer fighting powers. High blood sugar levels in diabetes is toxic to the body and can cause premature aging. Isothiocynates can reverse that.
