Ingredients
  1. Milk 700ml
  2. Banana 2 x
  3. Sustagen Neutral or Milk Powder 4 tsp.
  4. Ice Cream 4 scoops
  5. Vanilla Essence 3 tsp.
  6. Cream ½ cup
  7. Nesquick Banana 2 tbsp.
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a blender, blend and serve.
