  1. 375g strawberries leaves removed (1.5 punnet)
  2. 1 lime juice
  3. 5 tsp. Natvia powder or Agave
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredient in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Divide into two portions and serve.
Notes
  1. Every teaspoon of Natvia powder (2g) is only 0.4 kCal. Strawberries and lime juice are very low in carbohydrate content. This makes an absolutely delectable and refreshing guilt-free indulgence for those who are time-poor. At less than 20g of carbohydrate per serve for a sweet dessert, it's even suitable for the diabetic.

Ingredients
  1. almond milk 1 cup
  2. quinoa flakes 1/3 cup
  3. vanilla been 1
  4. cinnamon 1/4 tsp.
  5. prunes 3
  6. raisin 1 tsp.
  7. hemp seeds 1/2 tsp.
  8. maple syrup to taste
  9. almonds, sliced 1 tbsp.
Instructions
  1. Boil almond milk.
  2. Add quinoa flakes and return to boil. Cook for 30 seconds. Stir frequently.
  3. Add vanilla, cinnamon, prunes, raisins and hemp seeds and cook another 30 seconds while stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool down.
  5. Add maple syrup to taste, mix and sprinkle with almonds.

Ingredients
  1. medium potatoes,cooked and sliced 2
  2. water 1/2 - 1 tbsp.
  3. ripe tomatoes, chopped 2
  4. green capsicum, seeded and chopped 1/2
  5. black olives, pitted and quartered 1 tbsp.
  6. Mushrooms 4
  7. grated mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
  8. oregano to taste
  9. thyme to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Prepare baking dish by slightly spraying oil on it.
  2. Overlap potato slices on a baking tray to form a pizza base.
  3. Cover with tomato, capsicum, olives and mushrooms.
  4. Season with oregano, thyme, pepper and salt to taste and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese has melted.
