	Ingredients
			- Milk 700ml
 - Banana 2 x
 - Sustagen Neutral or Milk Powder 4 tsp.
 - Ice Cream 4 scoops
 - Vanilla Essence 3 tsp.
 - Cream ½ cup
 - Nesquick Banana 2 tbsp.
 
Instructions
			- Place ingredients in a blender, blend and serve.
