Ingredients
  1. Cream 2 cups
  2. Vanilla Bean paste 1 tsp.
  3. Egg yolks 5x
  4. Castor Sugar 1/3 cup
  5. Brown Sugar 2 tbsp.
Instructions
  1. Stir cream and vanilla, heat.
  2. Whisk egg yolks and castor sugar and add cream.
  3. Bake 35mins. Cool.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and grill to caramelise sugar.
