Ingredients
- Cream 2 cups
- Vanilla Bean paste 1 tsp.
- Egg yolks 5x
- Castor Sugar 1/3 cup
- Brown Sugar 2 tbsp.
Instructions
- Stir cream and vanilla, heat.
- Whisk egg yolks and castor sugar and add cream.
- Bake 35mins. Cool.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and grill to caramelise sugar.
