Low Carb Pizza without Flour

	Ingredients
			- medium potatoes,cooked and sliced 2
 - water 1/2 - 1 tbsp.
 - ripe tomatoes, chopped 2
 - green capsicum, seeded and chopped 1/2
 - black olives, pitted and quartered 1 tbsp.
 - Mushrooms 4
 - grated mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
 - oregano to taste
 - thyme to taste
 
Instructions
			- Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Prepare baking dish by slightly spraying oil on it.
 - Overlap potato slices on a baking tray to form a pizza base.
 - Cover with tomato, capsicum, olives and mushrooms.
 - Season with oregano, thyme, pepper and salt to taste and sprinkle with cheese.
 - Bake for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese has melted.
