Ingredients
- Fresh Ricotta 400g
- Cream Cheese 250g
- Castor Sugar ½ cup
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp.
- Icing sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 egg
- Canola oil spray
Instructions
- Beat ricotta, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Add egg. Beat until combined.
- Spoon mixture into sprayed pan.
- Place pan on hot baking tray in oven. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden.
- Cool cheesecake in oven for 4 hours with door ajar.
- Refrigerate overnight. Remove from pan. Dust with icing sugar/cinnamon.
