Ingredients
  1. Resource 2.0 HN 1.5 cups
  2. Cream 1.5 cups
  3. Castor sugar ½ cup
  4. Gelatine powder 2.5 tsp.
  5. Vanilla essence 2 tsp
  6. Raspberries
Instructions
  1. Dissolve gelatine in 2 tsp. boiling water, over a water bath.
  2. Add to heated and cooled Resource, cream and vanilla essence stirring constantly.
  3. Pour into 6 oiled ramekins to set and cool and serve with raspberries.
