Ingredients
  1. Water 200ml
  2. Passionfruit 1x
  3. Lemon Rind 1 tsp.
  4. Sugar 2 tsp. or Norbu Monk Fruit Sugar Substitute 1 tbsp.
  5. Lemon Arginaid 1 sachet
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a blender, blend till foamy and freeze.
  2. Remove from freezer and rewhip and freeze, this time in the serving dish.
  3. Remove from freezer and stand for 5-10minutes to soften before serving.
