Sauce
  1. Soy sauce
  2. Sesame oil
  3. Miso 25g
  4. Sugar 15g
  5. Sake 10ml
Instructions
  1. Chop shallot.
  2. Add bonito flakes, white sesame seeds and shallot to tofu and pour sauce over it and serve.
