	Ingredients
			- Tofu
 - Shallot
 - Dried Bonito Flakes
 - White Sesame Seeds
 
Sauce
			- Soy sauce
 - Sesame oil
 - Miso 25g
 - Sugar 15g
 - Sake 10ml
 
Instructions
			- Chop shallot.
 - Add bonito flakes, white sesame seeds and shallot to tofu and pour sauce over it and serve.
