Ingredients
  1. Broccoli 180g
  2. Mushroom 3 pcs
  3. Onion ½
  4. Soy milk 200m
  5. Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  6. Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut broccoli and mushrooms.
  2. Heat olive oil in pot and fry onion.
  3. Add broccoli and mushroom. Fry for 1 minute, add soy milk and bring to boil.
  4. Season with chicken stock, salt or pepper and serve. Serves 1
Notes
  1. Tip – Broccoli is rich in anti-oxidants, isothiocynates and glucosinolates. Has great detoxifying and cancer fighting powers. High blood sugar levels in diabetes is toxic to the body and can cause premature aging. Isothiocynates can reverse that. Make immunity strong and cancer resistant with a cruciferous vegetable-rich diet.

  2. Milk ½ cup
  3. Sesame seeds 4 tsp.
  4. Starch 4 tsp.
Sauce
  1.  Ginger grated 25g
  2.  Garlic grated 1 pc
  3.  Soy sauce 50ml
  4.  Sake 10ml
Instructions
  1. Marinade liver in milk for 15 minutes
  2. Remove and marinade in sauce for 15 minutes
  3. Coat liver with sesame seeds + starch and fry
Notes
  1. Tip – Liver is one of the highest sources of vitamin A. Vitamin A deficiency is the most common of blindness or poor vision in the world.
